Being a Plaintiff's attorney poses many unique challenges. Representing plaintiffs against large, interstate trucking companies and their insurance companies presents a whole new set of challenges.
STLA provides access to the tools and resources necessary for attorneys to provide their clients with the representation they deserve. We provide a forum for our members in which they have access not only to useful documents and literature, but also to other members who can offer advice or insight on pressing matters. We were founded by members of the AAJ's ITLG, in an effort to expand the benefit of ITLG.
STLA is an organization of semi-truck injury trial lawyers promoting the fair and reasonable treatment of people who have been injured while sharing the roads and highways of America with Semi-Trucks. Additionally STLA members are committed to championing improvements in the safety of America's roads and highways.
In addition to a document database that includes not only depositions, but a wide array of sample pleadings and other documents, members will also have access to other benefits and resources.
If you are, or are becoming, a successful, dedicated and compassionate semi-truck injury lawyer, we welcome your application to join STLA.
